Fashion powerpoint

Today I worked on my fashion powerpoint. It was actually really fun and is going really well. I love the fashion world so I think that is why I am having such a good time with it and I am also learning new things about different era's in history! The title of my powerpoint is fashion throughout histort 1960-present day Fashion! :]

Lindsay Lohan get fired!?

I was reading an article about fashion desiginer and president Mounir Moufarrige. He had asked Lindsay Lohan to put the collection together but had only a few weeks. When the few weeks was up and Lindsay gave Mounir Moufarrige the product he was not happy it was some buttocks-exposing mini-dresses and heart-shaped pasties were it was not deemed a success by fashion critics. I can deffiantly see where Mounir Moufarrige is comming from if I am giving someone a time limit to do something a certain amount of money I would want it done on my time, espically if I was great fashion designer like him.

Playing To Learn "Fashion"

The genre that would be best for me I think would be role playing games. In role playing games you take on the identity of a game character or "avatar" and act, play and make decisions based on the traits and objectives that define your "role". I think this would be the best one because you have to take on the "role" as a fashion designer. Being a fashion designer is a lot of hard work, you dont just sit around and pick out what someone is going wear you have to be able to manage lots of different things. This is why I think role playing games would be the best for my topic!

Tareq and Michaele Salahi

Tareq and Michaele Salahi, aspiring members of the cast of a reality show called "The Real Housewives of DC," crashed Tuesday's state dinner at the White House. The reason I am blogging about this is not about because the fact two people just rolled into the White House but about the dress that Mrs. Salahi was wearing. It was a long red India inspired dress with a gold trim and outline. Not a dress that you would see to often but more-so on the catwalk.

Dear Obama,
I think sending the 30,000 troops is a bad idea. We had people dieing everyday and sending more is just going to make it worse. While dont we take care of our own country before we worry about taking care of other countrys.

Yesterday I played http://pbskids.org/sesame/#/games it was an education game because it was teaching me how to organize things. This was the only game I played because after this game I got really board and didnt play anymore. Like I understand that this website is for younger kids but i just dont no why I should have to go somewhere and play a game for a five year old. I am more intrested in fashion design and I'm going to try to find a site where I can play around with fashion. PEACE!

Gamess!

Today were are play games from Mrs. Garvin blog. Honestly I really dread play these games because they are super lame and boring. I no that they are on topic and about social issues but I just don't find them very fun. I really would like to creat a game that I can enjoy that can be education at the same time. Does anyone feel the same way I do? Well currently I am playing a game on http://pbskids.org/sesame/#/games and I just feel that it is a little childish for someone age. Well I'm peace'n for now maybe I'll blog more tomorrow!

Stock Portfolio

My total stock portfolio has went down by $3,494.60. In the future I predict that the stocks will probably go down a little bit more. The stock that done the best was 3M company. It went up around $1,000. While the one that done the worst was Imergent (IIG) which went down by approximately $1,000.

Today I researched Abercrombie and Fitch to find out more about it. I found out that Abercrombie & Fitch not only has clothing, but they also make cologne, perfume, and bathing suites. The purpose of some of these things are personal satisfaction. I believe that this is a wise stock to invest in because no matter how low the economy is, the teens love their clothing, and the parents always want to make the kids happy.
